Instructions on using the Murphy bed or Wall bed: There are 2 wooden flaps on the top end (see photo below) which must be lifted UP in order to fold the bed down. This bed is NOT light and may require 2 adults to lower it safely. If you decide to use the bed, before check-out, please fold it back up and leave the sheets somewhere visible such as on top of the couch.
Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the resort. It is best to park on the left side of the lobby, very close to the lobby to be closest to the condo, which is on the 2nd floor. If you would like to take the elevators, they are located further away from the lobby on the opposite side of the restrooms. The resort has 24 hour security for your safety. Please see the map below for more details.
There are adjustable chaise lounge chairs all around the pool area with several umbrellas that can be used for shade. These chairs cannot be reserved, so it's first come first serve. Some of the lounge chairs are facing the beach and ocean but are still within the privacy of the resort. There are 2 jacuzzis on site. The jacuzzi in front of the East building is the adult jacuzzi and the jacuzzi in front of the West building is the family jacuzzi. There is a kids pool area near the family jacuzzi along with a small waterslide for kids. Wristbands will be provided at check-in which need to be worn when around the pool area. The number of wristbands provided will be for how many people your reservation is for.
You may bring cans and plastic bottles with drinks in and around the pool area. Anything made of glass is not allowed near the pool area.
During the busier days, especially weekends, there's a bar in the pool area that serves food and drinks. There is a happy hour from 12 PM to 1 PM and from 4 PM to 5 PM which offers half-priced drinks. There are bar stools inside the pool and outside the pool. This bar area may not be staffed during the slow times of year and the slower days of the week, but it's fine to bring your own drinks and sit at the bar, as long as you don't bring any glass or bottles.
There are 2 restaurants on site, and at least 5 places to eat that are within a 5 minute walk from the resort.
There is beach access directly from the resort in 2 areas. If you want to use chairs on the beach, I would suggest bringing some folding chairs. There are also some built-in chaise lounge chairs on the beach with built-in umbrellas but those are first come, first serve. The resort provides small white towels which are fine for taking to the pool but these towels are not ideal for the beach. You're welcome to bring the larger beach towels from home if you'd like.
There is a fitness center located on the 2nd floor above the restaurant. The fitness center contains some free weights, many exercise machines, treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines, stair climbing machines and more. In case the lights are turned off, there are light switches on the side walls to turn the lights on. There are a few TV's, fans and a water cooler in the fitness area.
Included in your reservation is a one-time cleaning service which occurs after check-out. This service changes the linens, washes the towels, cleans the entire condo, washes the dishes, and prepares for the next guest much like how a hotel operates. Toilet paper is provided.
Inside the condo is a washer, dryer, and dish washing machine which you may use if you need it. Guests who stay more than a few days find this especially useful.

If you happen to fill up one of the large kitchen garbage containers you may dump it outside in any of the larger trash containers. There are large trash containers found on the 2nd floor leading toward the fitness center, the ground floor leading toward the courtyard and also near the elevators. Please do not put items that can be recycled in the trash.
There should be a separate garbage can in the condo for items to be recycled. These items include paper, cardboard, metal cans, glass, plastic bottles/containers, etc. If full, it can be dumped in the main recycling containers which are located next to the elevators on every floor. Thank you for recycling and taking care of the planet.
The following items are NOT provided in the condo and you're encouraged to bring what you need.
A fully stocked kitchen has nearly everything you'll need including plates, bowls, cutlery, pots & pans, drinking glasses, wine glasses, mugs, a blender, coffee machine, toaster, can openers, bottle openers, knives, spatulas, a large set of kitchenware (almost everything you can imagine).
